123 Intersection Inglewood is an apartment project that will be our greatest achievement. Currently in concept development, Intersection, as it's affectionately known around our office, is a 40-50 unit purpose-built apartment complex, located in Inglewood. 

Situated on 3 connecting lots in the southern-most pocket of Inglewood, this project benefits from its proximity to several prominent features. First, these lots sit 50' from 111 Avenue, which is currently undergoing a major revitalization starting with the restoration of green spaces and continuing with transformation of former industrial blights to kitschy retail.

Second, the lot sits one block from 124 Street, which has become the north side's trendiest street with businesses like world-renowned Duchess Bakery, Edmonton's finest restaurant Rge Rd, funky Northern Chicken, and the 124 Grand Market.

Third, the project has incredible access to public transit ferrying our tenants within minutes to NAIT, Macewan College, and the YEG core.

The coolest part of the whole project is the fact that we have 3 lots side-by-side-by-side. This is such a rarity in neighbourhoods close to the core.

With such unique features, we really have the opportunity to do something amazing. We're spit-balling such unique characteristics as a living roof, a cannabis friendly complex, or maybe even a whole apartment building constructed using Shipping Containers! Rezoning is in the works with ground breaking scheduled for April 2019.
